Data Deletion

What CubeX stores

Your game is stored on your own device: your campaign progress, your AI cores and what they have learned, your Gambit collection, your achievements and lore, your settings, and the Google account details you signed in with (your name, email address, profile photo and Google account ID).

Delete your account in the app

Open CubeX and open the Account window.
Go to Support and choose Delete account, then confirm.

This signs you out and permanently removes your account details and your save from the device. It cannot be undone.

Delete everything from Android settings

Open Settings, Apps, CubeX.
Choose Storage.
Choose Clear data (sometimes called Clear storage).

Uninstalling CubeX removes the same data along with the app.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions. Google Play keeps its own records of the purchase, as its terms and the law require.

Ask us to delete your data

If you no longer have the app, email admingynth@gmail.com from the address on the Google account you signed in with, and ask us to delete your CubeX account. We will delete anything we hold within 30 days and confirm by email. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address first.

Advertising data

The advertising ID used for ads belongs to Google, not to us. To reset or delete it, use Android Settings, Privacy, Ads.
